The results of a new study, whose results were presented at the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) conference, revealed that men staying up after 10:30 at night would negatively affect their health and quality.

The researchers behind the study noted that men who went to bed early had about four times higher quality of sperm, compared to those who liked to stay up late.

The researchers found that men who went to bed after 10:30 p.m. had lower sperm quality.

The researchers explained that sleep problems and insomnia affect the work of the immune system, by increasing its work, which may cause it to fight sperm, in addition to a decrease in the chances of intercourse between spouses if the husband stays up late.

The researchers noted that men who tend to stay up late are more susceptible to stress, which in turn negatively affects their sexual health.

The researchers emphasized that men who wish to have a successful operation should go to bed early and avoid staying up late.

They reported that sleep quality did not really affect sperm quality, but more research is needed on this topic to confirm it.
