In a new study, researchers revealed to them that fighting and disagreement with a partner would positively affect your health, by extending life and reducing the risk of premature death.
However, this result is conditional, meaning that it is realistic in the case of the same parties about their anger and feelings. If one of them controls his feelings and does not disclose his feelings, the result will be the opposite, and the risk of premature death will increase.
This study, published in the Journal of Psychosomatic Medicine, targeted 192 partners for a period of 32 years, and the researchers found that the way differences between partners were handled affects the higher or lower risk of premature death.
The researchers stressed that if a partner does not open up his feelings and thoughts during the dispute, it would cause an accumulation of negative feelings inside him, thus increasing the risk of infection, and then deteriorating the relationship, and unfortunately it may lead to a high risk of early death.
In the sense that the fight and frankness between the partners in this matter contributes to ridding them of all negative feelings, and thus better reconciliation after agreeing on the main points, and then reducing the risk of premature death.
