Young Mark Horsman had a heart attack after a period of drinking a lot of coffee on a daily basis, in order to be able to do his work.

Mark noted that he did this for about three years, before he felt his heart was beating very quickly, to stop suddenly and then return to beating more quickly.

Mark explained that he felt that he was on the verge of death, to go to the emergency immediately, and discovered there that the amount of caffeine he consumed on a daily basis greatly affected the work of his heart, causing him to have a heart attack.

In turn, the British Heart Association indicated that drinking caffeinated drinks can cause an irregular heartbeat, which increases the risk of a heart attack.

Energy drinks contain very large amounts of caffeine, in addition to many stimulants such as ginseng, guarana and carnitine, which damage the entire body!
