Researchers revealed in a new study published on the site (Healthista and reproduced) that there are some things that humans use in their daily lives, such as the hoof pen and plastic water cans, that may change their mood.

The researchers came up with a list of everyday items that contain a chemical called bisphenol, which has been linked to a higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes and mood changes.

The researchers noted that most people take the problem of mood swings for granted, but the use of certain everyday tools may play a large role.

The researchers reported that these substances are found in everyday tools, the most important of which are the following:

1- plastic water bottles

The researchers found that the chemicals in plastic water bottles act like estrogen in the body when they reach the bloodstream, affecting many things in humans, such as their mental health.

2- Cosmetics

Some cosmetics, such as the Homura pen, contain chemicals that act like estrogen in the body, causing an increase in its levels and thus affecting the general and psychological health of the body as well.

3- Aromatherapy and scented candles

These things contain a certain chemical.

This substance in turn affects the body and mood of the person as well.

The researchers concluded in their study that it is possible to follow the following tips to avoid all these things:

  • Eat: It contains dietary fiber that is able to adjust the hormonal balance in the body.
  • Eating: This helps cleanse the body of fake estrogen found in the liver.
  • Probiotics: Taking probiotics balances the friendly bacteria in the gut and reduces toxins there.
